Chateau Chantal was established in 1983, when cherry orchards were replaced with the grafted vinifera grape vines – the same type of wine grape grown along other parts of the 45th parallel in the Bordeaux region of France.

Our handcrafted wines are produced under our winemaker’s meticulous supervision from vineyard to bottle.
